Worst experience at a hair place ever yesterday. There is never the same stylist there so it’s impossible to find one who you like and stick with them. We always choose first available. The stylist Dee was awful. She did not speak to us other than to call my son’s name. She didn’t smile. Acted like she was angry at the world. My son went in and asked her to just take a little off the top and sides- nothing new with the style- just to clean it up for homecoming. She didn’t speak. She completely butchered his hair. She took off all of his curls and all of the length off the top. NOTHING like what he said and what the notes from the previous 3 stylists had written. When he came out I was in absolute shock. The cut isn’t even a style. It looks as if a child got ahold of scissors and started hacking away. I have never in my life been so disappointed with a hair stylist. My son is devastated. He is embarrassed to show his face at school. He got made fun of all day today. He is mortified at what this person did to his hair when he told her specifically what to do and that he had an important event coming up. I will never, ever again be going back to Sport clips. I’ll be lucky if he ever let’s anyone touch his hair ever again to be honest. Do not let Dee touch your hair. She’s a butcher- not a stylist. I would give zero stars but it’s not an available option.

Had appt. Showed up on time. My stylist had to leave to pu her daughter since she missed the bus. I said its ok go. Next stylist took a customer who was a walk-in in stead of my appt . Ok so I'm next right? Don't know. Next stylist was deliberate in her sweeping from last customer and then disappeared in the back room, closed the door. She never told me why....and was gone for awhile. I dont know what happened. I left. And I won't be back.

Dee did a great job! Cut it exactly the way I like it. She’s professional and I’ll be coming back asking for her.
